Claim Deal The Zoma Hybrid is a gel-infused memory foam hybrid tailored towards athletes, but we like it because it’s designed to help you sleep deeper and wake up feeling refreshed. If you’re a side sleeper or somebody with frequent aches and pains, this bed may be perfect for you. This hybrid has a medium feel that works well for most sleep positions and body types. Like most hybrids, this mattress has a bounce that makes it easier for sleepers to get in and out of bed. When you lie on the Zoma Hybrid, the first layer of memory foam contours to your body for immediate comfort while the gels within wick away body heat to keep you at a comfortable temperature. Beneath this layer is their Reactiv™ transition layer that helps the body lifted and aligned to alleviate any tension in the back muscles.A base of pocketed spring coils supports both of these layers. Each coil in this base moves independently of one another for more accurately contouring and pressure relief. The Zoma Hybrid is also available for $150 off this Black Friday—this includes their 100-night sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. Best Value Mattress of 2023: Vaya Mattress Price: $449 to $899Mattress Type: FoamMattress Height: 12 inchesFirmness: Medium (5 to 6 on the firmness scale)Best for all sleeping styles seeking a value-priced mattressAvailable in twin, twin XL, full (double), queen, king, and California king Warranty 10 Years Sleep Trial 100 Nights Shipping FreeMattress HighlightsStreamlined, simple design keeps prices lowsBoth foam layers are durable and hypoallergenicPairs with most bed framesRecommended ForBudget shoppersHot sleepersMost sleep stylesSave $300 on the Vaya Mattress with our discount code. Claim Deal Vaya is another mattress in a box company offering significant savings during Black Friday 2023. This budget-friendly foam bed is available for $300 off the original price, so you can score even bigger savings on this already-affordable bed.The Vaya Mattress has two hypoallergenic foam layers that are both backed by a CertiPUR-US® certification, which guarantees this mattress is safe to bring into your home and that it will have minimal off-gassing, or “new mattress” smell. The top layer of the Vaya is made with their proprietary memory foam that doesn’t trap heat the way most mattress foams do. Plus, this material has a slight bounce that prevents excess sinking and the sensation of being “stuck” in the mattress. While this foam cradles and protects the joints, it will also ensure that your spine rests in a safe, neutral position. The base of the Vaya is made with a high-density poly-foam that provides even more protection against sinking and maintains the mattress’s structure. With this sturdy base, you can place the Vaya Mattress on most modern bed frames, including adjustable bases and solid foundations.Sleepers seeking an affordable yet comfortable spring mattress can consider the Vaya Hybrid, which has a slightly thicker profile than Vaya’s original mattress.Like their foam mattress, the Vaya Hybrid has a hypoallergenic comfort layer that won’t trap heat and moisture, so you are less likely to wake up due to night sweats and overheating. This material also keeps the joints cushioned and promotes a safe, neutral spinal alignment, allowing muscles to fully relax and recover.Instead of a foam base, this hybrid has a foundation made with pocketed spring coils. Each coil is wrapped in a lightweight, durable fabric for added comfort. Since these springs move independently of one another, they respond more accurately to pressure, ensuring even weight distribution and tension-free sleep. In addition to their affordable price and substantial Black Friday savings, Vaya’s mattresses also comes with a 100-night sleep trial and a 10-year warranty. These events are a big draw for shopping, and big-ticket items like beds and electronics also see major discounts. Department stores, showrooms, discount stores, and online retailers all participate. When it comes to Black Friday mattress sales, you can expect to see a few consistent trends every year.Standard Black Friday Deals and DiscountsSome brands will offer percent or dollar discounts off regular prices. Others that don’t want to discount prices directly offer rebates or free-with-purchase offers, such as free box springs, a free mattress protector, a free set of sheets, or two free pillows.Similar to offers of free gifts with a mattress purchase is the concept of a mattress bundle. Bundles typically let you add on a range of bedding accessories for an added discount, with usual options including a waterproof mattress protector, a set of sheets, pillows, and a bed frame or an adjustable base. A bundle lets you save on everything you need to set up a new bed.Promotional doorbuster mattresses are typical, usually mid to low-quality beds offered in limited quantities at low prices. These items are discounted to get customers to “bust the door down” to get the sale. A retailer may make very little on these items in hopes the customer will purchase something else at the store while they are there. With online shopping on the rise, you may also see a few flash sales pop up during Black Friday. A flash sale will try to entice shoppers with a limited-time offer, sometimes lasting a day and sometimes only for a few hours. Be careful not to let a false sense of urgency mislead you into making an impulse purchase.Early Black Friday Mattress Deals 2023This year, Black Friday takes place on November 25th, with sales extending both the week before and after. Early Black Friday sales are often seen from mid to late October to early November, while Cyber Monday sales may last into the following week online. Many retailers treat Black Friday and Cyber Monday as a marathon shopping event. Are early Black Friday mattress sales worth the hype? An early fall sale can be worth taking advantage of if you’re in desperate need of a new mattress. For example, if you need a medium firm mattress as soon as possible to relieve a bad case of back pain, it’s best to jump on an October sale than wait a few weeks and order a mattress on Black Friday.Online Shopping Sales and DealsIn 2023, expect to see a large variety of sales, focusing on the growing specialty hybrid and memory foam mattress categories. Online Black Friday deals are also increasing with major brands and department stores—meaning you may not even have to get out of your pajamas to save on a more supportive mattress. The benefits of online and mail order mattresses tend to include free home delivery and an in-home trial period where you can test out the mattress. Should you not find it to your liking during the sleep trial, the mattress company should work with you to issue a full refund.Don’t forget to bookmark this page and save the link! We will continue adding more sales and offers as they become available throughout November. Keep checking as the sales roll in.SEE ALSO: The Best Place to Buy a Mattress & 7 In-Store MythsBlack Friday Bed Deals: Adjustable BasesPrevious sales in 2023 have seen offers on adjustable beds, which are becoming increasingly popular. These electric bases take the place of foundations and allow users to adjust the angle of the bed’s head and foot. Some also include luxury features like massage or other technologies. They are no longer just for the elderly. When buying an adjustable bed, the main points to compare include types of motors, range of motion, hand controls and functions, and added comfort/convenience features.Motors can be AC or DC. AC is generally more powerful, while DC may be quieter. Be sure to pay attention to the base’s weight capacity, which is the maximum weight combined of the mattress and sleepers. Bases will also differ in the range of motion they offer, with those capable of a greater range offering more potential positions.Controls can be hardwired to the bed or wireless, using radiofrequency or WiFi. A few higher-end models also may have mobile apps for controls. An adjustable base with Wall-Hugger® technology stays close to the nightstand when adjusted.Convenience features can include different programs of massage, preset positions, memory buttons, safety features like battery backup, snore buttons, alarm or speaker functions, and more. Not all mattresses are compatible with adjustable frames. If you are buying a bed for your frame, make sure it will function properly on your particular base. Most retailers should be able to answer your questions regarding base and mattress compatibility.Other Times to Save on a MattressDid you miss the Black Friday sales? No worries, there are other mattress sales throughout the year to take advantage of:Presidents Day Mattress SalesMemorial Day Mattress Sales4th of July Mattress SalesLabor Day Mattress SalesColumbus Day Mattress SalesCyber Monday Mattress SalesFrequently Asked QuestionsAre deals better on Black Friday?Black Friday is a great time to make larger, more expensive purchases. Retailers know that consumers are looking for the best deal possible, and they want to remain competitive in the marketplace. Therefore, you can find savings that you may not see during other times of the year.Does Black Friday last all weekend? While traditionally Black Friday was just one day, many companies now extend their sales throughout the weekend and even into the following week. If you find an item in-store on Black Friday, you will likely be able to find the same item on sale during Cyber Monday. However, the discount or percentage off may change. What is the difference between Black Friday and Cyber Monday? You will find similar discounts on Black Friday and Cyber Monday. However, Cyber Monday is dedicated to online deals, while Black Friday tends to include more in-store sales. You may want to take advantage of the earlier discounts offered during Black Friday. Why is the day after Thanksgiving called Black Friday? In the United States, the Friday after Thanksgiving is called Black Friday because most businesses are able to turn a profit on this day. If a company was “in the red”—meaning that they were losing money by staying in business—they can turn a profit—or go “into the black”—on Black Friday. When companies started noticing this trend, they began offering bigger and better deals to increase their profits. What can I buy on Black Friday?During Black Friday, you will find high tech devices, such as laptops, smartphones, and headphones on sale. You will also see big-ticket household items on sale, such as kitchen appliances, furniture, and mattresses. There are few products you won’t find discounted on Black Friday.ConclusionThe trick to finding a great mattress deal on Black Friday is to determine what model you want and shop early. Some brands may have a limited supply of each model, so it is good to make your purchase early.Although Black Friday sales are traditionally associated with brick and mortar locations, online mattress brands will be offering great deals throughout November and December. Be sure to keep your specific needs in mind as you shop—this will help you find a great deal on a mattress that will keep you supported and comfortable for many years. The mattress goes painfully lumpy in less then a year and you wake up sore everyday. Everyone I know including my inlaws hate their beds. Which we all bought because we were told of their great life span and durability. Absolute garbage. Bought a cheap 200 dollar mattress for the boys and it is better then my 4000 dollar one.
